We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchases from Cinnamon Spice Heaven.

We only offer returns on items that are defective, damaged, or wrong items when received. Items must be checked on Collection.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, it should be brought to the attention of the staff immediately before leaving our shop.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as frozen or fresh food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after you have left the shop.
